COVID-19

Curbside services available.

These protocols are for the protection of not only you but our staff as well.

Please park and call us from your car when you arrive. You will be told when a room is available for you to bring your pet in.

Only 1 client will be allowed in the lobby/reception at a time. Masks are required for entry.

We will limit the number of family members per patient. So please do not bring a car of 6 people; you will not be allowed in the facility and will be treated curbside.

Screening questions: If you answer yes to any of these questions, you will be treated as a curbside appointment:

  • Have you or anyone in your household showed signs of COVID19? (coughing, shortness of breath, fever, and/or chills) in the past 14 days?
  • Have you or anyone in your household tested positive for COVID19?
  • Have you or anyone in your household travelled internationally or on a plane recently?
  • Have you or anyone in your household had known exposure to a respiratory illness?

Hospital staff will utilize PPE (personal protective equipment) such as gloves and masks in rooms.

Exam doors will be closed at all times.

If multiple clients are in the lobby, you will be asked to step outside until the first client has finished.

If you start exhibiting symptoms of COVID19 in a room, you may be asked to exit to your car and your visit will be concluded curbside.

Curbside appointments will be treated as we have for the past several months; instructions are done over the phone; we ask that you have your phones fully charged and/or a charger in your car.

Please be available; i.e., don’t start a 30 minute phone call when our staff are trying to reach you to discuss exam/lab results.
